ENDURING ENDURANCE

THE MISSION of QUANTAL ENDURANCE is to explore and share the energies in the space at overlap of endurance training and emotional health. 

Complacency happens.  Sometimes we start to think, "I guess this is just the way life is."  Quantal Endurance says, "Not so fast mt friend."

It's a space that is completely conceptual while also being 100% real.

I know about this space because it saved my life.  I found this space when my inner torment was throbbing.  I found this place when "loathing" was my middle name.  I found this place the only things I was doing for myself were self destructive.

And then I hung out in this space.  And I grew and I thrived.

It's time to share.

As Endurance Athletes we intentionally put ourselves into challenging environments.  

From this somewhat controlled interaction; we see REAL results and growth.

From these endeavors we learn real lessons of endurance.  

Thesaurus.com lists the STRONGEST Synonyms to Endurance as; ability, capacity, courage, fortitude, grit, mettle, patience, perseverance, persistence, stamina, strength, tenacity, tolerance and vitality.

So in endurance training, all of these desirable traits become part of the package.  And when we learn to be these things after believing these things were not available to us; it's TRUELY life changing.

And when we learn we can do these things in the physical realm; the emotional, mental, and spiritual realms are just the next doors down the hallway.

Quantal Endurance reflects on this space.  Quantal Endurance celebrates the "Just. Keep. Going." manta we develop inside.  

Quantal Endurance is also NOT a physician of any kind.  Always check with an actual physician before beginning new physical activities.

With that said; the next layer of Quantal Endurance is participation.  You've heard the stories.  All this is right here for everyone who chooses to participate.  Our tent is very large and most of us are extremely welcoming.

And there is a bonus "Easter Egg" benefit when you become part of the running tribe.  Community.  You are not part of an extremely diverse group with this shared passion woven together through community.
